What to include, depending on why you are writing.
An order, a delivery, or a book that arrived wrong
Include the order number from your receipt if you have it, and a photograph if something is physically wrong with the book. We will reprint or refund without asking you to send it back.
A privacy request
Ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also delete everything yourself from your account page, immediately, and we will e-mail you a receipt that counts what was destroyed. If you write instead, we will verify that you control the account e-mail before acting — that check is what protects your child from somebody who has merely learned their name.
Something wrong on the website or in a book
A typo, a page that will not load, an illustration that does not look like the child, a sentence on one page that contradicts a sentence on another. All of these are bugs to us, and the last one especially — tell us and we will fix the words.
Anything about how the illustrations are made
We will answer specifically rather than generally: which model, what it receives, what it keeps, and what we check before you see the book.

MATVAN INC., trading as Mini Storyteller, registered in Delaware, United States. The terms of this service are governed by the law there, and the courts there are where a dispute would go.
What we do not have yet
We do not publish a telephone number, because we do not staff a telephone and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all. We do not publish a walk-in address, because there is nothing at ours for a customer to walk into. When either changes, this page will say so.
What we do commit to is the response time above, on every message, including the ones telling us we have got something wrong.
